• Products must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
• Beauty products, undergarments, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process:

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
